Registration and Abstract submission will be conducted thorough the following external link:

Through the registration system, the following actions can be performed independently:

  • Create an account
  • Register for the conference
  • Submit an abstract

Caution: Creating an account does not constitute registration. To receive the early-bird discount, registration and payment must be completed by the deadline.

Note: VISA applications will open in February. If required, please wait for the official notification

Abstract Submission

  1. Please use the abstract template: abstract_template_WCPT10.docx
  2. Review & Acceptance
    • All submissions will be peer-reviewed by the Scientific Committee.
    • Accepted abstracts will be scheduled as either oral presentations or posters.
    • Notification of acceptance will be provided via the conference website.
  3. Publication & Copyright
    • By submitting, authors agree that the abstract may be published online.
    • Authors retain copyright of their work, but organizers reserve the right to edit for formatting.
  4. Presentation Policy
    • At least one author must register and attend the conference to present the work.
    • Failure to register for the conference or to present the accepted work may result in exclusion from the official conference record.

Presentation format

Oral Presentation:

  1. The presentation time slots (including Q&A) are as follows:
    • Plenary lecture: 50 min
    • Keynote lecture: 30 min
    • Contributed lecture: 15 min
  2. Please bring your own device.
  3. Projectors will use an HDMI connection.
  4. As a backup, please bring a USB flash drive containing your presentation file (PDF or PowerPoint).
  5. If you will not use your own laptop, please upload your file to the session laptops (Windows) in advance.

Poster Presentation

  1. Poster size is A0 (width 841 mm × height 1189 mm)
  2. The poster panel can accommodate slightly different sizes.
